Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using any ShivAI software, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

ShivAI grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, hardware-locked license for the subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Every new customer begins with a 30-day Paid Pilot (₹4,999, non-refundable) that includes installation, training, and full software use
• Subscribe within 30 days of starting your pilot and we credit ₹2,500 toward your first month's invoice
• After pilot conversion, billing continues at the selected plan rate via Razorpay
• Annual plans receive 17% discount
• Prices in INR, exclusive of 18% GST

4. Your Data

Your business data is stored locally on your machine. ShivAI does not have access to it. You are responsible for backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." ShivAI's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Termination

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your local data remains on your machine.

7. Governing Law

Laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
