All ShivAI products are offered through a 30-day Paid Pilot. The pilot fee is a flat ₹5,900 (incl. 18% GST) and includes full software installation by our team, two hours of personalised training, 30 days of unrestricted software use, and direct support from your assigned Subject Matter Expert. The pilot fee is a separate onboarding charge and is non-refundable, as it covers our team's time and the value delivered during the pilot.
If you subscribe to a monthly plan within 30 days of starting your pilot, your first month is free. Annual plans already include 2 months free. If you decide not to continue, no further charge is raised.
Cancel anytime by emailing contact@shivaiscsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans: Refund requests within 7 days of any charge. Your first month is free where the pilot credit applies, so no charge arises in that period.
Annual plans: Refund requests within 30 days. Pro-rata refund for unused months, adjusted at monthly rate.
